Igor is a Ukrainian-born Fort Collins tattoo artist whose journey from poverty, war, and survival has shaped him into one of the most respected realism artists in the world. He built his first tattoo machine as a teenager, tattooed fellow soldiers in the army with handmade ink, and later refined his skills across Europe before finding a permanent home in Colorado. Along the way, Igor earned degrees in psychology and maritime studies, served in Ukraine’s elite police forces, worked as a deep-sea sailor, fought as a professional boxer, and even played guitar in a death metal band. Known for his breathtaking black and grey realism and the fierce loyalty of clients who refuse to be tattooed by anyone else, Igor brings not just technical mastery but resilience, heart, and a deep commitment to every piece he creates.
